2007-2008 Grady Tuesday Lecture Schedule
I.
The following is the Grady Lecture schedule. The lectures will be assigned by the Grady A
and B Chiefs during the Orientation.
Each presentation should include a thirty-minute discussion including
the most current and accepted literature; and power point slides should be
prepared accordingly. Addition of
specific case examples from the Grady experience is always welcome and
encouraged.
II.
All residents
are responsible for reading prior to conference. A general guideline for
specific resident goals follows:
a. PGY 1 – anatomy
b. PGY 2 – anatomy and PE (associated injuries,
acceptable closed treatment)
c. PGY 3 – treatment goals, surgical indications
d. PGY 4 and 5 – surgical approaches and current
literature.
